Job Summary

Support order processing and guest/customer service for an automotive/e-commerce team, including research, calls, chat, shipping decisions, and overall service delivery.

Own customer interactions across calls, chat, and inquiries
Must-have: Self-starter with attention to detail and reliable 8–5 availability
Standout: E-commerce or automotive retail exposure is a plus

Job Description

Responsibilities

Product identification and research for Customers inquiries
Answers incoming Customer calls providing a high-level of Guest/Customer Service
Engages in positive online chat support for E-Commerce Guest/Customers
Ensures the most effective shipping method for Guest/Customer order fulfilment
Provides the highest levels of Guest/Customer service with each interaction through all forms

Requirements

Applicants must be a self-starter with the ability to learn
Be dependable
Be organized
Possess high attention to detail
Basic math skills
Work well with a positive Team
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm availability

Preferred

basic Microsoft Excel comprehension
small parcel or LTL experience
past E-Commerce experience
