Job Summary

Own cross-functional ops and customer-facing tasks for an ecommerce setup with ERP, order flow, and shipping focus; you will own inquiries, platform data, and RMA coordination to lift conversion and issue resolution.

Platform & ERP ownership: manage Shopify, Ebay, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart plus PO processing and shipping workflows.
Customer & cross-functional alignment: handle inquiries via chat/phone and coordinate with warehouse on returns and warranties.
Data driven improvement: monitor KPIs in GA, Excel, and platform analytics to improve conversion and order flow.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Experience on ERP (PO Processing and Shipping related preferred)
Monitor customers enquiries through chat-based messaging system or phone call with excellent communication skill
Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Ebay, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data using Google Analytics , Excel, and platform analytics to monitor KPIs and improve conversion rates.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience with SEO best practices, email marketing tools, and Facebook Business Manager.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Creating reports on sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
Monitor shipping labels through Shipstation or LTL carrier
Coordinate your assistant with warehouse on RMA process and warranties.
