Job Summary

Own and optimize data-driven eCommerce analytics to turn raw traffic, conversion, and revenue signals into action across marketing, UX, and product decisions.

  • Analytics Enablement: Build reliable dashboards and reports to illuminate KPIs for executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Insights & Optimization: Detect trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve site experience, campaigns, and funnel performance.

Job Description

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret eCommerce data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven insights to optimize the online shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with their Manager and other stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze website traffic, conversion metrics, leads and sales data.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns, user experience, and sales funnels.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in web/eCommerce analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, and BI/data visualization software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL and digital marketing strategies.
