Job Summary
Own the ecommerce growth engine for a beauty brand, leading Shopify store optimization, marketing automation, and paid media to drive online revenue and increasing conversions.
- Own Shopify store growth strategy and execution across CRO, SEO, and UX.
- Lead Klaviyo email/SMS flows and coordinate Meta and Google Ads (in-house or via agencies).
- Define and track KPIs like conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, and revenue.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our Shopify website
- Increase online sales and conversion rates
- Improve product listings, collections, and merchandising
- Manage email and SMS marketing (Klaviyo)
- Oversee Meta and Google Ads performance (or work with agencies)
- Analyze website performance and recommend growth strategies
- Improve SEO, CRO, and customer experience
- Plan promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Track KPIs including conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, and revenue
Requirements
- 3+ years of Shopify ecommerce experience
- Proven track record of growing online sales
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Beauty or consumer products experience is a plus
