Responsibilities

• Launch Hive Bins (80% of your time): Manage our Shopify storefront, list our products on Amazon (Merchant Fulfilled), and create low-cost, organic social media content (TikTok/Reels/Facbook/Instagram) highlighting our local manufacturing process to drive immediate online sales.
• Maintain Cale-Engineering (20% of your time): Update our WordPress website with fresh photos of our CNC machinery, optimize local SEO keywords, and update projects on the website.
• Order Fulfillment: Print shipping labels and package early online retail orders right here from our shop floor.
• Assembly: Latches and lids are put together as they come out of the machine before they are ready to package.

Requirements

• Tech Savvy: Basic experience navigating or managing Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or WordPress websites (no coding required).
• Content Basics: Ability to take clean smartphone photos and edit short-form videos for social media.
• Self Starter: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision to meet goals.
• Detail Oriented: Organized enough to handle web data updates and manage physical product shipping.
• Must be reliably able to commute to our shop in Colorado Springs.
