Job Summary

Drive luxury e-commerce growth by owning the Shopify store end-to-end and leading full-funnel acquisition with premium brand storytelling.

  • Own Shopify storefront, PDPs, collections, and on-site UX for a premium DTC experience

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the Shopify store end-to-end (PDPs, collections, bundles, UX)
  • Improve conversion rate through testing, data analysis, and UX refinement
  • Manage product launches, merchandising, and on-site storytelling
  • Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies (paid, organic, retention)
  • Work closely with Meta, Google, and email/SMS channels to scale revenue
  • Analyze performance metrics (CVR, AOV, CAC, LTV) and continuously optimize
  • Translate brand positioning into high-performing digital experiences
  • Plan and execute landing pages optimized for both conversion and AI/SEO visibility
  • Align content, campaigns, and site experience into one cohesive strategy
  • Collaborate with creative teams on PDP visuals, campaigns, and ad creatives

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years experience in e-commerce, ideally within beauty or luxury skincare
  • Proven experience working with brands similar to UBeauty, Augustinus Bader, or similar premium DTC brands
  • Strong Shopify expertise (themes, apps, CRO, landing pages)
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and analytics
  • Strong eye for design, branding, and premium positioning
  • Experience with tools like Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads Manager
  • Ability to think both strategically and execute hands-on
  • Someone who understands luxury digital execution , not just generic e-commerce
  • Strong sense of taste and brand alignment
  • Data-driven, but also creatively sharp
