Job Summary
Own e-commerce execution by aligning with Kroger’s corporate teams, driving growth plans and new models, and ensuring store accountability to enterprise standards for orders, sales, and customer experience.
- Growth ownership: Coordinate strategy and plans to hit budgeted goals and test new e‑commerce models.
- Partnerships: Serve as local liaison with 3rd party partners to align on execution and performance.
- Operational discipline: Ensure orders, sales, and CX meet enterprise standards across stores.
Job Description
- Lead division e-Commerce activities through partnership with the corporate e-Commerce teams.
- Coordinate the e-Commerce strategy and develop plans to support a rapid growth model, including achievement of all budgeted goals and development of new e-Commerce models.
- Serve as a local liaison with 3rd party partners.
- Ensure execution of and establish store accountability for order volumes, e-Commerce sales, and quality/consistency of customer experience based on enterprise standards.
