Job Summary

Own the local retailer marketing engine by hiring and developing a small team, delivering in-store product demos, and driving retail programs that produce sales leads and hit KPIs.

  • Retail Leadership: Build and manage a team of Retail Marketers with goals and KPIs.
  • Brand Presence & Field Marketing: Partner with Operations to grow local brand presence and run lead-generating campaigns.
  • Lead Gen & Performance: Exceed lead quotas using the proven system and coordinate sales follow-up.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
  • Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
  • Recruit, hire, train and develop Retail Marketers and create accountability through established Retail Marketer goals and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the local Operation and Installation Mangers to grow brand presence within the local market
  • Develop and drive retail-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up
  • Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based upon established KPIs

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel to other local locations
  • Willingness to relocate when promoted
  • Results driven leader
  • Attention to detail and punctual
  • Smartphone required
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product
  • High level of energy and engagement for long periods
  • Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads for our #1 rated product
