Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own product marketing strategy and execution
  • Provide executive leadership across product messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, product launches, that is tightly aligned with our go-to-market strategy, our sales enablement as well as voice of customer team.
  • Define and evolve clear, differentiated messaging that resonates across customer segments, channels, and in-product experiences.
  • Lead high-impact GTM plans for new and existing offerings, outlining how products are developed, positioned, launched, and scaled.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Sales Enablement to ensure teams are equipped with launch-ready, compelling narratives, value propositions, and proof points that clearly articulate differentiation.
  • Ensure a deep connection of the voice of the customer to what we offer in market
  • Partner with Product leadership and our Voice of Customer team to embed voice-of-customer insights into product planning through research, market trends, competitive analysis, and performance data.
  • Develop and maintain buyer and user personas that inform product development, marketing strategy, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Build and manage a strategic pipeline of customer references and case studies in partnership with Sales.
  • Build brand authority and demand

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, product management, software, or strategic consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with or supporting a large, direct B2B sales organization.
  • Experience utilising AI tools to automate processes and enhance product marketing effectiveness
  • Proven ability to influence, align, and execute in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with confidence engaging executive audiences and translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of data-driven decision-making and creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to rapidly understand new technologies and articulate their business value.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
  • Confident public speaker and evangelist, comfortable presenting to customers, prospects, media, analysts, and industry influencers.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure and communicate ROI.
