Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Defines and leads the enterprise product marketing strategy for the International commercial truck portfolio across all market segments sold in the US & Canada.
  • Shapes the long-term product value proposition and market positioning strategy to drive competitive differentiation and category leadership.
  • Partners with executive leadership to align product roadmap, strategic pricing, and market expansion initiatives with corporate growth objectives.
  • Provides executive-level insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory changes, and emerging transportation technologies.
  • Oversees go-to-market strategy and execution for all new vehicle platforms, powertrain technologies, digital services, and feature introductions.
  • Leads product lifecycle marketing strategy from product concept through launch, maturity, and refresh cycles.
  • Ensures integrated product storytelling across marketing, sales, dealer networks, and customer engagement channels.
  • Drives coordinated launch readiness across r&d, sales, dealer operations, service, and communications functions.
  • Attend and support product development reviews and leadership “Pulse Wall” status meetings, lead pilot build order solicitation and oversee marketing fleet management.
  • Leverages enterprise Voice of Customer (VOC) processes to inform product strategy, marketing messaging, and customer experience improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 11 years of marketing, sales, parts, service operations, product-related, or other relevant experience in the commercial vehicle (or related) industry
  • At least 6 years of management experience
  • Master's degree and at least 9 years of marketing, sales, parts, service operations, product-related, or other relevant experience in the commercial vehicle (or related) industry
  • At least 6 years of management experience
  • At least 14 years of marketing, sales, parts, service operations, product-related, or other relevant experience in the commercial vehicle (or related) industry
  • At least 6 years of management experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
