Job Description

Director-level ownership of pass membership strategy and lifecycle across the program, partnering across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Research to drive growth, engagement, and loyalty.

  • Lifecycle strategy: optimize pricing, tiering, benefits, and touchpoints.
  • Cross-functional leadership: align vision with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Research.
  • Data-driven optimization: analyze passholder behavior to identify growth and churn drivers.
  • Segmentation and personalization: design targeted marketing and product decisions.
  • Business case & forecasting: build models for benefit changes, pricing tests, and new initiatives.
  • Research leadership: lead MaxDiff, TURF, and conjoint studies to guide decisions.
  • Communication: translate insights for senior stakeholders with clear narratives.
  • Project management: oversee cross-functional initiatives from ideation through post-launch measurement.
  • Competitive benchmarking: track programs and translate learnings into innovations.
  • Impact tracking: measure lifecycle campaigns, loyalty rewards, and experiments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years in strategy, go-to-market, business analytics, lifecycle marketing, or related roles; loyalty or membership experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical toolkit to model business cases, interpret data, and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration to shape and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Proficient in Excel and BI tools; SQL, R, Google Analytics, or Python a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication to influence at all levels.
  • Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for consumer behavior, guest experience, and loyalty ecosystems.
