  • Mentor and elevate brand marketing talent, while raising the bar for strategic thinking, communication, and integrated execution across the team.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of leading large, cross-functional campaigns and launches that span multiple channels and stakeholders.
  • Strong experience translating complex products, features, or ideas into simple, compelling, customer-facing stories.
  • Top notch creative instincts via being part of teams delivering best in class work
  • Exceptional strategic judgment and the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills across writing, presentations, and verbal storytelling; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep cross-functional instincts and a highly collaborative working style.
  • Strong organizational and operational discipline without losing sight of creative quality.
  • Experience leading or mentoring senior marketers and helping teams do their best work.
  • A leader who is hands-on, low-ego, high-accountability, and energized by building in a scaling environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working across both brand and performance/growth contexts.
