Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build a property marketing plan (annual, quarterly, monthly) that aligns to revenue, trip frequency, and market-share targets.
  • Oversee the strategic management and execution of online and print marketing, public relations, promotions, community relations, giveaways, media, and sponsorships.
  • Oversee loyalty program positioning, benefits, and lifecycle communications.
  • Lead Player Development (hosts & sales programs).
  • Own performance marketing and social content.
  • Ensure every promotion follows WV Lottery Commission rules and MIC’s.
  • Serve as the company contact with the state gaming commission for approval of marketing efforts.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Other duties as determined by the GM and VP of Marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant and progressive Marketing work experience required.
  • Skilled communicator able to respond to complaints, de-escalate an emotionally charged situation, and maintain guests' goodwill and respect.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including working nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Player Development/Casino management experience preferred.
  • Experience with Casino operations in a regional market preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Must meet West Virginia Lottery Commission licensing requirements.
  • Must be 21+ and adhere to responsible-gaming standards.
