Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with proven success in leadership roles
Hands-on skills in content creation, basic design, and project management
Experience managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong writing, basic design, and project management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce (Pardot), HubSpot, Canva and Monday.com or other project management tools
Strategic thinker with strong initiative
Proven track record of driving growth and leading creative projects from concept through execution
