Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans
Create social media, digital, email and SMS campaigns
Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business and other relevant platforms
Create engaging content including graphics, Reels, video, photography, before & afters and advertisements
Follow trends and independently identify new marketing opportunities
Develop campaigns for treatments, providers, products, events and patient reactivation
Manage email campaigns and patient communications
Coordinate website content, SEO/digital advertising and online reputation
Plan and market patient events, community partnerships and networking opportunities
Monitor patient engagement and assist with patient-relations matters when appropriate

Requirements

Adobe Creative Suite
Canva/Over or similar design platforms
InShot/Splice or comparable video-editing software
Instagram
Facebook/Meta Business Suite & Ads
YouTube
Google Business Profile
Google Analytics/Ads
Email Marketing
CRM

Preferred

Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, wellness, healthcare, luxury brands or hospitality is a major plus.
Photography and videography skills are highly desirable.
