Job Summary

Drive marketing leadership within Ascension’s COE program to shape strategy, brand and operations.

  • Oversee the Marketing department and lead key initiatives within a market or COE.
  • Contribute to operational planning, coordination and decision-making.
  • Support brand strategies to raise awareness and preference among patients, physicians, and associates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Marketing department. Lead, manage and direct key initiatives, programs, departments and/or priorities within given market or Center of Expertise (COE).
  • Contribute to and is accountable for operational planning, coordination and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic processes associated with the market or COE.
  • Oversee ongoing talent stewardship and succession planning, including developing, coaching and managing people. Provide some day-to-day operational support.
  • Manage brand equity. Contributes to product and service innovation, differentiation, design and positioning efforts.
  • Facilitate the implementation of brand strategies designed to raise awareness, preference and choice with patients, consumers, physicians and associates.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Preferred

  • Experience in Healthcare or Senior Living setting preferred
  • Previous experience in community-based marketing and referral development and management
