Job Description

Own end-to-end subscription marketing and multi-channel campaigns from planning to measurement, tying acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue to business goals.

  • Campaign Ownership: plan, execute, optimize, and report across email, site, paid media, and lifecycle programs with cross-functional alignment.
  • Platform & Personalization: manage HubSpot CRM, user segmentation, automation, and collaboration with Product/Engineering on personalized experiences and gating/paywall.
  • Lifecycle Economics: drive onboarding, engagement, winback, pricing/gating decisions, A/B testing, and revenue-leveraging experiments with a data-driven mindset.
  • Newsletter & Audience: lead AL-MONITOR's newsletter ecosystem as the core audience capture and conversion engine in collaboration with editorial.
  • Paywall & Gating: own gating strategy, funnel optimization, and ongoing data-driven adjustments.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: run continuous A/B testing across email, site, copy, and lifecycle programs with measurement that compounds.
  • Paid Acquisition: own paid retargeting, acquisition, and advertising strategy as a revenue diversification channel.
  • Pricing & Packaging: develop subscription pricing/packaging recommendations for quarterly reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: connect marketing with editorial, product, CRM, analytics, and exec leadership to ensure integrated campaigns.
  • Operations & Budget: manage marketing calendar, intake processes, and budget with scalable workflows across channels.
