Job Summary

Own the local community marketing engine for a skilled nursing center, driving brand awareness, patient volume, and referral growth through integrated multichannel campaigns and education partnerships.

Growth & Outreach: Build relationships with local providers, insurers, and community groups to expand referrals and reputation.
Campaign Execution: Lead multi-channel marketing programs (social, email, print) and collateral with clinical team collaboration.
Insights & Optimization: Analyze trends and feedback to refine strategies and raise patient engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive patient volume, and enhance our reputation in the community
Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print
Collaborate with our clinical staff to develop educational materials, patient brochures, and other marketing collateral
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and patient feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve patient engagement
Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations to expand our referral network
Monitor and report on marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation
