Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Growth Engine
  • Turn our growth priorities into clear weekly plans and campaigns
  • Ensure consistent execution across content, email, and campaigns
  • Keep projects moving and nothing falling through the cracks
  • Optimize for Performance
  • Refine and build new funnels optimized for lead generation and conversion
  • Improve conversion rates across: YouTube / FB / X / other social → email
  • Email → donor
  • Test and refine messaging, landing pages, and calls-to-action
  • Identify what’s working and double down on it

Requirements

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing leadership, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
  • Experience executing and managing marketing or growth campaigns end-to-end
  • Demonstrated success in brand building, digital marketing, and audience engagement, specifically with proven growth of social media channels.
  • Strong understanding of Catholic media, culture, and evangelization.
  • Skilled in using marketing platforms including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
  • Strong working competency of generative AI tools
  • Experience developing and tracking KPIs, marketing funnels, and performance reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in website management (WordPress preferred).
