Job Summary

Own growth marketing with end-to-end control of consumer channels from awareness to care, aligning patient experience with a regulated healthcare standard.

  • Own consumer lifecycle across email, SMS, web, social, and paid to drive bookings and retention.
  • Collaborate with Product and Analytics on experiments and ROI across channels while staying HIPAA compliant.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage consumer marketing across email, SMS, web, social, and paid channels to drive awareness, bookings, and retention.
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategy; partner with Analytics to monitor, track, and refine campaigns for ROI across acquisition and retention.
  • Ensure a cohesive patient experience across all touchpoints with a warm, trustworthy brand voice.
  • Refine lifecycle messaging as services expand and new markets are added.
  • Collaborate with Product on the quarterly experimentation roadmap and deploy experiments to improve appointment booking, activation, and retention, scaling positive results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Clinical Excellence, Operations, Finance and Patient Support to ensure marketing aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize channel mix, messaging, and targeting.
  • Monitor telemedicine trends, competitive activity, and regulatory shifts to identify growth opportunities and pivots.
  • Own Growth Marketing budget P&L.
