Responsibilities

• Lead Generation Strategy: Develop marketing initiatives designed to generate 2,000+ qualified leads annually
• Manage paid search campaigns, social media advertising, and retargeting
• Oversee landing page creation and conversion optimization
• CRM & Funnel Management: Own the marketing and sales funnel using Lasso CRM
• Manage lead attribution, response standards, and follow-up workflows
• Implement automated email and SMS nurture sequences
• Brand & Market Positioning: Strengthening Amreston’s brand positioning and competitive advantage around high standard features, energy efficiency, bold design, and value versus other builders
• Highlight Amreston’s unique advantages including half-acre lots, and ADU and Build on Your Lot capabilities
• Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO strategy, and website optimization directly and indirectly through external agencies
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors

Requirements

• Experience with production homebuilding or residential real estate
• Strong background in digital lead generation
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Lasso, HubSpot, or Salesforce
• Ability to manage marketing budgets and external agencies
• Data-driven decision maker
