Job Description

Responsibilities

Channel strategy — Own the channel mix across partner and digital — setting investment priorities, performance targets, and GTM playbooks per channel.
Team leadership — Manage and develop a Channel PMM and two Demand Gen managers. Translate IVP messaging into channel-native execution.
Performance ownership — Own CAC and ROAS targets across the pillar. Report progress in business reviews with confidence and clarity.
Partner enablement — Ensure partner channels have the tools, messaging, and incentives to sell the integrated value prop effectively.

Requirements

Growth marketing background — Deep in performance and/or partner channels. Knows what levers actually move CAC at scale.
Commercial fluency — Speaks in ROAS, LTV, payback period. Owns the number, doesn't borrow it.
Team builder — Has hired and developed channel and demand gen talent. Raises the floor, not just the ceiling.
Multi-brand experience — Managed channel strategy across multiple products or brands simultaneously. Knows how to prioritize.
