Job Summary

Own the end-to-end BTS and feature content pipeline for global campaigns, from concept to final delivery, coordinating with filmmakers, talent, and editors to drive narrative-rich assets that support campaign strategy.

  • Content ownership: Lead featurettes and short-form pieces across multiple formats for global campaigns.
  • Collaboration and delivery: Align with marketing, publicity, and creative teams to identify needs and shape assets with a strong POV.
  • Production operations: Oversee multi-project shoots, talent days, budgets, vendors, and logistics while maintaining editorial quality.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Oversee behind-the-scenes content capture, working closely with filmmakers, cast, and crew to develop meaningful, story-driven moments throughout production - Lead the development and execution of featurettes and short-form content pieces for global marketing campaigns, from concept through final delivery - Collaborate with internal marketing, publicity, and creative teams to identify content needs and deliver assets that support campaign strategy - Conceptualize original content ideas that go beyond traditional BTS, incorporating innovative formats, and technologies - Partner with editors to shape narrative-driven pieces with a robust point of view - Produce specials and promotional pieces for broadcast and digital platforms - Support custom shoots, including talent content days, music-driven content, audience reactions, event capture, etc. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization, clear communication, and attention to detail - Present creative ideas, concepts, and work-in-progress materials clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders - Assist in budgeting, vendor coordination, and overall production logistics Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Film, Marketing, Communications, or related field - 8+ years of experience in entertainment marketing/content - Ability to generate original, strategic creative ideas that support film marketing campaigns - Proven experience producing and crafting entertainment content - Robust storytelling instincts across multiple formats, with a solid comprehension of editorial - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines - Confident communicator who can present ideas and creative work successfully in meetings - Experience working with filmmakers, talent, and studio stakeholders - Driven individual who is forward-thinking, resourceful, and solutions-oriented - Comfortable wearing multiple hats across production, creative development, and execution Benefits - What We Offer: Attractive compensation and comprehensive benefits packages.
