Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead production operations across multiple projects, ensuring flawless execution on time and within budget.
  • Oversee fabrication, logistics, permitting, and technical build-outs across formats from intimate brand moments to large-scale consumer experiences.
  • Manage and expand a trusted roster of vendors and fabricators, negotiate contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Build and track project budgets; identify risks and cost-saving opportunities throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Hire and manage internal and freelance production staff across projects.
  • Collaborate with account, strategy, and creative teams to assess feasibility and bring ideas to life.
  • Act as a client-facing production and account lead for key clients, providing senior oversight and clear communication.
  • Streamline and evolve production workflows and tools to support scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Work with the SVP on resourcing, departmental growth, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Ensure all safety, union, legal, and permitting requirements are met across activations.
  • Contribute to new business development by supporting outreach efforts, participating in pitches, and leading experiential production strategy for RFPs and presentations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experiential agency experience required.
  • 5–8+ years of production experience in experiential, event, or live marketing required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience leading production teams on national and global campaigns for major consumer brands.
  • Deep knowledge of fabrication, budgeting, permitting, logistics, and live event execution.
  • Strong roster of production and fabrication vendors with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Adept at juggling multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining creative and technical integrity.
  • Confident communicator and team leader with a calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure.
  • Deep understanding of safety protocols, union regulations, and technical requirements.
  • Passion for building culture-shaping, visually striking, and buzz-worthy brand experiences.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift 20 pounds.
