Job Summary

Lead the US eCommerce business end-to-end, shaping trading, CRO, platform optimization in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CRM-driven lifecycle, and omnichannel inventory decisions.

  • Own forecasting, trading reads, and performance across traffic, conversion, AOV and revenue.
  • Coordinate acquisition, retention, store integration and showrooms to convert demand into durable customer value.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Trading & Merchandising
  • Run the daily and weekly US trading calendar across categories, product stories, pricing, promotions and page hierarchy — owning the US online forecast and weekly trading readout across traffic, conversion, AOV, net sales, returns and contribution.
  • Conversion & Experimentation
  • Build a disciplined CRO programme across landing pages, product pages, search, navigation, checkout and post-purchase — prioritising tests by commercial value and reading the results directly.
  • Platform Ownership
  • Work hands-on in Salesforce Commerce Cloud — diagnosing what can be changed directly, writing excellent development briefs for structural work, and leveraging the broader Salesforce ecosystem where it adds value.
  • CRM & Customer Lifetime Value
  • Partner on lifecycle strategy, segmentation, triggered journeys and retention — ensuring acquisition converts into long-term customer value through clienteling and repeat purchase.
  • Acquisition Economics
  • Work with Marketing and agencies on traffic quality, paid media efficiency, landing experiences and attribution — and challenge spend that does not create profitable demand.

Requirements

  • You will likely come from a senior eCommerce, digital commerce or omnichannel role at a premium, high-consideration or lifestyle consumer brand in the US — with direct ownership of the commercial result and the numbers to prove it. What matters most is your commercial track record, your AI-first working style, and your ability to build a business with discipline and pace while communicating cleanly with a remote HQ across time zones.
  • You are a commercially sharp, hands-on digital commerce leader who sets an exceptional pace — and wants to own something that becomes a much bigger job as it grows.
  • Demonstrable record of growing US eCommerce revenue for a premium, high-consideration or omnichannel consumer brand — with direct ownership of the commercial result
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience — Salesforce analytics, personalisation, CRM or Marketing Cloud experience highly valued
  • Deep fluency in digital merchandising, CRO, experimentation, analytics, forecasting and customer lifecycle management
  • Commercial judgement across revenue, gross margin, contribution, media efficiency, returns and service — not top-line growth alone
  • Proven experience connecting online demand with stores, inventory, delivery and customer service
  • Evidence of using AI and automation tools to materially increase the speed, quality and scale of personal output
  • Clear, structured written communicator — comfortable working across US and Australian time zones
  • King Living experience in furniture, interiors, home, luxury or premium lifestyle is helpful — evidence of building a comparable business matters more

  • Based in Southern California — within travel distance of our Costa Mesa showroom, with regular showroom presence is essential
