Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategy into actionable, cross-channel marketing plans
  • Own the development of campaign and product launch plans across all brand initiatives
  • Build and maintain the brand and marketing calendars
  • Align campaigns with product priorities, channel strategies, and business goals
  • Drive clear timelines and execution frameworks across teams
  • Partner with eCommerce and channel leads to ensure cohesive, well-timed rollouts
  • Elevate the quality and strategic depth of marketing plans
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, serving as the central marketing partner to channel leads across the business
  • Develop and refine scalable marketing workflows and planning processes, creating structure that enables the team to operate efficiently as the business scales
  • Manage and develop the Brand Marketing team members

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to build structure and drive execution
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, digital, PR, and retail teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for building a world-class brand
