Own AI search strategy and roadmap to improve ranking and surface relevant content and AI assisted recommendations.

Strategize and Plan: Own AI search and optimization roadmap spanning content development to technical optimization.
Collaborate & Activate: Align with cross functional teams to scale optimized content and surface brand and product signals in AI models and assistants.
Measure & Optimize: Socialize structured reporting and run test and learn to improve agent behavior and ranking signals.

Job Description

Own AI search strategy and roadmap to improve ranking and surface relevant content and AI assisted recommendations.

Strategize and Plan: Lead AI and organic search roadmap and prioritize cross functional actions from content development to technical optimization.
Collaborate & Activate: Partner with Digital, IT, Marketing, PR, and Creative to scale optimized content and surface brands, products, and content in AI models and virtual assistants.
Measure & Optimize: Create and socialize structured reporting and run test and learn to analyze agent behavior, ranking signals, and performance actions.
Monitor & Research: Stay current on trends and opportunities and share updates with teams and leadership.
Influence & Inform: Translate AI search metrics into compelling narratives and business cases for executives to influence investment decisions.
Build & Lead High-Performing Team: Manage in-house associates and external agencies and partners.
