Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop a complete understanding of Smadex platform, capabilities and industry
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring full budget delivery while meeting performance goals
  • Maximize long-term company's gross profit
  • Establish a direct and smooth relationship with the Client Services team
  • Lead a team of Strategy Managers, Campaign Managers and Campaign Analysts.
  • Coordinate hiring, new joiners’ training and team’s continuous knowledge sharing and improvement.
  • Guarantee an adequate level of service for the Commercial teams in the US region.
  • Coordinate cooperation between your team and AdOps Innovation, Data Science, Product and Tech based in Barcelona HQ.
  • Help minimize the current growth threats campaigns might have

Requirements

  • 6+ years in programmatic advertising, DSP management, or mobile performance marketing.
  • Proven team leadership and operational management experience, managing complex accounts and campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in RTB mechanics, bidding strategies, inventory management, and performance optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with Commercial, Product, and technical teams.
  • Solid understanding of attribution, fraud prevention, and privacy-compliant measurement.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and elevate teams.
