Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation for Helix across priority segments, geographies, and named accounts in collaboration with Sales.
  • Build campaigns around core workflows like partner files, rights windows, onboarding, validation, auditability, and revenue reporting.
  • Map the buying group across content operations, licensing, finance, data, and technology to identify owners, budget control, and sponsorship.
  • Tailor account plans to the specific problem and buyer persona to avoid generic messaging.
  • Work with Sales before and after initial meetings to secure the right buyer group and move from conversation to workshop, evaluation, proposal, and close.
  • Clarify how Helix changes buyer views using product proof, customer evidence, and workflow examples.
  • Create and edit buyer-focused content: customer stories, explainers, analyses, event content, and executive pieces for rights, licensing, finance, and ops.
  • Translate product detail into buyer language that links mapping, validation, and audit trails to faster onboarding and revenue reporting improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, media technology, data, or workflow software.
  • Proven track record of creating qualified pipeline with measurable outcomes; able to discuss pipeline dollars, spend, conversion rates, and cycle details.
  • Direct experience building demand programs, not just managing agencies or dashboards, in complex enterprise sales.
  • Strong instincts about accounts and buying groups; ability to differentiate users, influencers, budget owners, and executive sponsors.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; capable of producing clear copy and spotting vague or unfounded claims.
  • Ability to work with Product to turn mapping workflows into clear buyer stories without oversimplification.
  • Strong analytical judgment; comfortable with attribution limits and explaining reasoning when data is imperfect.
  • Experience in HubSpot or a similar CRM/MA tool; ability to operate in the data environment directly.
  • AI proficiency with judgment on when tools help and how to verify output.
  • Curiosity about media economics and operations with high ownership and low ego.

Preferred

  • Experience in media and entertainment, streaming, licensing, ad tech, rights management, or entertainment tech.
  • Exposure to rights, licensing, avails, royalties, partner payments, or revenue operations.
  • Experience marketing to named enterprise accounts or turning events into pipeline for named accounts.
  • Background building marketing programs around partnerships or joint marketing with growth in a growing company.

Benefits

  • Parental leave
  • Access to FSA plans
  • 401K retirement plan
  • Remote office stipend
  • Referral bonuses
  • Flexible PTO
  • Monthly mobile reimbursement
