Responsibilities

• Own and operate Dolby’s Global Content Calendar as the centralized planning system across Global + Regional Social, Digital, and CRM teams.
• Establish governance, standards, and operating cadence for how teams contribute to and use the calendar.
• Design scalable planning frameworks that support campaign launches, always-on programs, and regional activations.
• Apply automation and AI-assisted planning tools to improve visibility, conflict detection, sequencing, and readiness tracking.
• Design and operationalize AI-assisted workflows that support content planning, tagging, metadata generation, summarization, sequencing, and cross-channel coordination.
• Develop shared prompt frameworks, templates, and playbooks that standardize AI usage across teams and regions.
• Partner with Digital and Platform teams to integrate AI capabilities into content planning and orchestration systems.
• Continuously evaluate emerging tools and capabilities to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Act as the operational bridge between Global Social, Digital, CRM, and Regional Marketing teams.
• Align campaign timelines, launch sequencing, and channel activation plans across the ecosystem.
