Job Summary

Own and optimize cross-channel digital media plans from strategy through execution, turning goals into data-driven campaigns and real-time optimizations for measurable outcomes.

Plan & Strategize: translate goals into channel mix and performance-focused media plans.
Activate & Optimize: manage campaigns across CTV/OTT, search, social, and programmatic media with real-time pacing and testing.
Drive Insights & Collaboration: translate performance data into actionable recommendations and align with cross-functional teams to deliver on timelines and budgets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan & Strategize: Partner with Client Services to develop integrated, performance-focused media strategies
Translate campaign goals into thoughtful, data-driven media plans
Collaborate with Media Leadership to refine direction and identify the most effective channel mix
Activate & Optimize: Execute and manage campaigns across CTV/OTT, paid search, social, programmatic display, video, and audio
Own campaign pacing, performance, and optimizations in real time
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results through ongoing adjustments
Drive Insights: Analyze performance data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations
Deliver reporting that highlights what’s working, what’s next, and why it matters
Continuously test and learn to improve campaign outcomes
Collaborate & Deliver: Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution, from creative specs to trafficking

Requirements

3–5 years in digital media planning and buying at an agency
Hands-on experience with platforms such as:
Google Ads
Meta Business Manager
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
YouTube, TikTok, Snap, X (Twitter)
Programmatic platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk)
Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Clear communicator who can connect data to business outcomes
Team-first mentality (you value collaboration over ego)
