Job Summary

Own and drive cross-channel digital marketing and content initiatives for mortgage and lifestyle audiences, delivering engaging campaigns, conversion-focused assets, and ongoing performance optimization.

Content and channel orchestration across social, web, email, print, and paid media to fuel demand and recruiter efforts.
Performance-driven optimization using SEO, UX enhancements, and ROI tracking with AI-enabled tools.
Strategic collaboration with leadership, sales, vendors, and internal teams to shape brand campaigns and growth initiatives.

Job Description

Own and execute cross-channel digital marketing and content initiatives for mortgage and lifestyle audiences, driving engagement, conversions, and brand impact through collaboration with sales and partners.

Develop and execute engaging digital marketing and content strategies across social media, web, email, print, and paid campaigns
Create compelling mortgage and lifestyle content tailored for borrowers, referral partners, recruiting initiatives, and loan officers
Manage and grow company social media channels through strategic campaigns, content calendars, and audience engagement
Support SEO and website optimization efforts through high-performing blog, landing page, and campaign content
Enhance website pages and marketing assets with a strong focus on conversion and user experience
Track and analyze performance metrics including website traffic, SEO rankings, social engagement, and campaign ROI
Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies to streamline content creation, reporting, and campaign performance
Collaborate with leadership, sales teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders on strategic marketing initiatives and brand campaigns
