Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead management, optimization, and execution of paid media campaigns across search, social, video, and programmatic channels to maximize performance and scalability.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, creative analysis, and targeting to continuously improve results.
  • Align cross-channel strategies with client goals and KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and tests, including budget reallocations, bidding strategies, and audience/creative optimizations.
  • Drive development, briefing, and optimization of ad creative across Google, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic/CTV placements.
  • Manage A/B and multivariate testing of copy, video, thumbnails, landing pages, and other elements to improve performance and learning velocity.
  • Provide data-backed feedback to refine messaging, offers, and visuals.
  • Serve as day-to-day client lead, running status calls, presenting results, and owning follow-ups.
  • Build polished decks that connect channel metrics to business outcomes and clear next steps.
  • Maintain account roadmaps, test-and-learn plans, and quarterly growth strategies that expand channel mix, reach, and revenue or lead volume.
  • Partner with leadership on forecasting, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Own timelines and deliverables across media, creative, analytics, and martech teams.
  • Maintain organized documentation, status trackers, and media plans to align stakeholders on scope, budgets, and performance.
  • Contribute to the best internal practices, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing to elevate paid media and client strategy.

Preferred

  • Relentlessly curious and eager to learn new platforms, formats, and optimization tactics.
  • Comfortable with AI prompt-writing and turning AI outputs into accurate, usable deliverables.
  • Actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to research, troubleshoot, analyze data, and accelerate work, and you self-teach new skills with these tools.
  • Enjoy solving complex performance and client challenges with data-driven and creative thinking.
  • Communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, with confidence in leading client conversations and presentations.
