Job Summary
Own early paid media execution with hands on planning, launch, and optimization across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn while using audience data to improve targeting and measurement.
- Campaign Setup: Plan and launch across major platforms, then adjust bids, budgets, and creative to lift results.
- Measurement: Build and maintain dashboards with GA-based tools and track conversion signals across channels.
- Collaboration: Work with creative/content teams to test variations and iterate landing pages for better performance.
Job Description
- Assist planning and launch of paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Support audience targeting and segmentation with demographic, behavioral, and interest data.
- Monitor performance and help optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creative.
- Maintain reports and dashboards using Google Analytics, TapClicks, and other tools.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to test ad variations (copy, visuals, landing pages).
- Assist with conversion tracking setup across digital channels (pixels, tags, events).
- Stay current on platform updates, features, and industry best practices across paid media.
- Travel requirements estimated at 10%.
- Other team support duties as assigned.
