Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive traffic, leads, and leases for our multifamily properties.
  • Optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and more, to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic, ensuring our properties stand out in a competitive market.
  • Maintain and update our company and property websites to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with SEO best practices, enhancing our online presence and brand credibility.
  • Maintain and update our property internet listing sites (ILSs) to ensure accuracy and brand credibility.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate or multifamily housing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in website maintenance and content management systems (CMS) to update company and property websites, enhance SEO performance, and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize campaigns and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
