Job Summary

Own content and Webflow CMS driven marketing across SMB and Enterprise, focusing on content cadence, site health, and conversion uplift, while coordinating with SEO initiatives and testing to move funnel metrics.

  • Content and SEO Ownership: drive a structured content calendar, asset creation, and CMS updates in Webflow to support visibility and conversions.
  • SEO Performance: partner with agencies to track metrics, apply best practices, and monitor optimization impact on rankings and site health.
  • Experimentation and Analytics: run quick A/B tests and report on SEO/LLM campaigns to inform next steps.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing initiatives designed to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across SMB and Enterprise segments.
  • Develop and maintain a structured content calendar, supporting the creation of high-quality assets including blog posts, industry articles, guides, etc.
  • Update and manage website content within the CMS (Webflow), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and SEO best practices.
  • Partner with external SEO agencies to monitor performance, track key metrics, and implement optimization recommendations.
  • Apply SEO best practices and monitor search engine updates to support website health initiatives, strengthening domain authority and improving content visibility and site performance.
  • Support the optimization of key conversion points within the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-actions, and lead capture forms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO/AEO/LLM campaign performance
  • Assist in the execution and analysis of A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Manage social media channels, including content publishing, performance monitoring, and initiatives to grow the brand’s social presence and engagement.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy and content development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of SEO/LLM/AI, digital marketing, and content performance measurement.
  • Experience working with a CMS platform (Webflow preferred).
  • Understanding of search engine ranking factors and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content development.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
