Job Summary

Own multi-channel digital marketing execution for a B2B manufacturing audience, shaping campaigns across email, social, paid ads, and site content while coordinating with product and sales to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Campaign orchestration: Plan, run, and optimize cross-channel programs and landing pages for legacy and new offerings.
  • Asset and brand flow: Build digital and print assets, maintain brand consistency, and support sales enablement.
  • Automation and analytics: Support Pardot campaigns, segmentation, and basic performance tracking to improve lead nurture and conversion.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, websites, and other digital channels
  • Create and maintain digital and print marketing assets, including email content, landing pages, ads, brochures, product sheets, trade show materials, and presentations
  • Support marketing automation initiatives, including Pardot campaigns, segmentation, workflows, and lead nurturing
  • Optimize paid digital advertising, website content, SEO efforts, and overall digital performance.
  • Revise technical and sales support materials and develop branded graphics and communications for sales, events, and internal initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and timely project delivery
  • Travel for trade shows, sales meetings, and related events as needed, generally less than 20%
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with email, social media, paid advertising, websites, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with strong graphic design, layout, typography, and brand consistency skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of basic HTML
