Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and analyzes digital marketing performance using key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for digital advertising
  • Stays up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, recommending new tools or strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Tests and optimizes ad creatives, targeting, and messaging for paid digital campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Applies technical skills to create, test and implement content for electronic marketing platforms. Confirms accuracy of content and successful targeting of information to customer base.
  • Ensures brand standards are executed through channels responsible for.
  • Collaborates with ad agency on paid digital buys, creative, execution and reporting.
  • Assists with digital content creation for paid social platforms.
  • Traffics art for all platforms through design process to implementation.
  • Consults with brands teams on strategy development to effectively market brands and products using Paid Media platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
  • Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Basic mathematical skills required.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret information.
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to research information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to learn new technology systems, methods and processes.
  • Ability to reason, form concepts and recognize and solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.

Preferred

  • Intermediate knowledge of digital marketing principles and optimization of marketing budgets.
  • Intermediate knowledge of digital marketing vehicles to promote across multiple platforms.
  • Intermediate knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
