Job Description

Responsibilities

Digital Advertising
Develop, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
Report campaign performance and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
Email Marketing
Manage the annual email marketing calendar.
Build and maintain customer segments in Klaviyo.
Develop audience-based testing strategies to improve engagement.
Write compelling subject lines and email copy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
3+ years of digital marketing experience.
Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience with Klaviyo email marketing.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
Experience using Google Analytics and digital reporting tools.
Familiarity with website content management systems.
Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
Experience managing campaigns above 10k a month.

Social media content planning and strategy
Website merchandising and conversion optimization
Basic graphic design knowledge
Photography or visual merchandising appreciation
