Job Description

Responsibilities

Leading the strategy, optimization, and day-to-day management of our eCommerce platforms.
Developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that increase traffic, conversion, customer engagement, and revenue.
Managing email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns from strategy through execution and analysis.
Enhancing customer loyalty programs and creating seamless digital experiences across every touchpoint.
Using analytics and performance data to identify opportunities, measure success, and guide business decisions.
Partnering with Marketing, Sales, IT, Product Development, and external vendors to bring new digital capabilities to life.
Leading digital initiatives including platform enhancements, new functionality, and major technology projects.
Balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to keep campaigns moving and platforms performing at their best.
