Job Summary
Own the paid media stack from strategy to testing, turning insights into cross-functional campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue.

- Demand Generation: Own paid campaigns, audience targeting, and cross-channel experimentation to drive pipeline.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scalable paid campaigns to generate leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth
- Develop and manage testing agendas and media plans to optimize campaign performance
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as Suspects, MQLs, SQOs, signups, go-lives, pipeline, and revenue, adjusting strategies accordingly
- Partner with internal teams to build and refine our paid marketing programs based on user insights and data analysis
- Collaborate with campaign, creative, analytics, product marketing, and regional teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment
- Report on campaign performance regularly to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Manage audience segmentation and targeting to reach the most relevant users
- Identify areas for improvement within campaigns, develop plans to address weaknesses, and implement necessary changes
- Lead efforts in testing new channels, ad formats, and messaging to enhance overall campaign ROI
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional work experience in digital marketing or related fields
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns, including paid social, display, and direct response advertising
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a preference for experience in account-based marketing (ABM)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, targeting strategies, ad formats, and privacy laws
- Experience in attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and growth marketing concepts
- Ability to articulate campaign requirements to analytics, sales, and marketing teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently drive strategic and tactical initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data and trends
- Experience leading experimentation and optimization roadmaps
- User-first mindset with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
