Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full‑funnel inbound demand programs to ensure a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.
• Analyze every stage of the conversion funnel, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to close gaps and improve performance.
• Identify critical conversion points and drop‑off areas and continuously optimize user journeys and funnels.
• Drive the creation and execution of digital programs and campaigns across email, website, SEO, PPC, social media, and emerging digital channels.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of all digital programs using clearly defined metrics and KPIs, while owning and managing the content marketing calendar to meet business objectives.
• Identify trends and actionable insights, optimizing marketing spend and performance based on data.
• Design, build, and maintain Qyrus’ digital presence, including social media channels and website.
• Organize, support, and participate in conferences and events to generate inbound demand and increase brand awareness

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of relevant digital marketing experience
• A highly creative mindset with proven experience identifying target audiences and building campaigns that engage, inform, and convert
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Hootsuite, and website traffic and performance analysis
• Practical expertise running and managing:
• Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Display and brand awareness campaigns
• YouTube video advertising
• Email marketing and marketing automation
• Influencer and content marketing
• Social media marketing across platforms
