Job Summary
Own the day-to-day leadership of multi-client digital marketing, driving end-to-end paid media and organic social programs while coordinating creative, analytics, and client storytelling to deliver clear value.
- Strategic PPC and paid social ownership: plan, execute, and optimize across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Meta platforms.
- Creative and content direction: align copy and visuals with each client’s brand voice and coordinate production with designers.
- Analytics and reporting: set up GA4/GTMs, track conversions, and deliver data-driven narratives with actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted day-to-day lead for multiple client accounts.
- Seamlessly manage client expectations, project scopes, and deliverable schedules across accounts.
- Design and manage PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) for multiple clients
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Refresh campaign creative and targeting; monitor performance continuously and adjust pacing/budgets
- Tracking and reporting using GA4 and platform-native dashboards
- Proactively manage and elevate the organic social media presence for multiple clients
- Write platform-appropriate copy that aligns with each client’s brand voice
- Coordinate closely with dour in-house designers and art-direct visual assets
- Write or manage the production of blog posts or web content that aligns with client strategy.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or social media management, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment
- Experience managing PPC campaigns end-to-end (strategy through reporting)
- Ownership of paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager)
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion event tracking
- The development of text for any / all of the following: advertisements, social media, email campaigns, websites, blogs, and PPC campaigns.
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or clients
- Client-facing communication experience with the ability to present data and strategy
- A strong eye for design and the ability to provide creative direction or light art direction to our designers
- Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Working knowledge of SEO and SEO tools (Semrush)
