Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital presence by maintaining product content, launching new products, and optimizing online experiences across channels; drive visibility, engagement, and performance through content, SEO, social, and analytics.

  • Manage product content and digital assets for websites, e-commerce, marketplaces, and retailers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and E-Commerce.
  • Optimize content and performance using SEO, analytics, and feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize website, e-commerce, marketplace, and retailer product content.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring accurate product information, digital assets, and online merchandising across all channels.
  • Create and manage digital content, including product pages, graphics, promotional materials, videos, and social media content.
  • Improve online visibility through SEO best practices and AI-driven search optimization.
  • Coordinate content and engagement across social media platforms and support digital advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor website, campaign, and e-commerce performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Track online reviews and customer feedback to enhance brand reputation and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and E-Commerce teams to support growth initiatives and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, content management, or digital merchandising.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, social media, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing technologies.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or industrial industry experience preferred.
