Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and PPC.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
  • Support content creation efforts for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the development of visual and written content for digital platforms.
  • Plan, record, and edit video content to support marketing campaigns and organizational initiatives
  • Capture video at events, community programs, and internal initiatives
  • Manage live streaming for events, announcements, and public engagement (e.g., Facebook Live, YouTube Live)
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, website, email, and presentations
  • Collaborate on video storytelling initiatives, including resident success stories and organizational highlights
  • Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, social media, website) to maximize engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred

  • Experience working in the public sector, nonprofit, or community-based organizations
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with SMS marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive communication
