Own the social and digital marketing backbone for a community bank, driving social channel ownership, content creation, and email campaigns to lift reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Social ownership across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with a steady content cadence.
Email and content engine using Constant Contact to nurture subscribers, newsletters, and event invites.
Website and events support via WordPress updates, landing pages, and on‑platform SEO basics to boost reach.

Job Description

Manage and grow the bank's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages as appropriate.
Track social media performance and recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact and other marketing platforms.
Develop newsletters, promotional emails, event invitations, and automated communications.
Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Assist with list management and audience segmentation.
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
2-5 years of marketing experience preferred.
Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar systems.
Experience using WordPress for website updates and content management.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing analytics.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
