Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Two LinkedIn posts per week, tied to Alliance events, partnerships, and strategic priorities
  • Website event listings, content refreshes, and ongoing accuracy
  • A consistent voice across channels that resonates with a senior business audience
  • A clean, accurate mailing list with active hygiene
  • A monthly email update to members and subscribers
  • Tracked growth, engagement, and data-quality reporting
  • The Alliance's paid LinkedIn campaigns end to end, from build to optimization
  • Targeted campaigns reaching Irish companies exploring U.S. market entry
  • Campaign messaging coordinated with Alliance leadership and partners
  • A curated, up-to-date library of resources for Irish companies expanding into North Carolina and the wider U.S.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication for a senior business audience
  • Demonstrable experience managing a LinkedIn company page and running paid LinkedIn campaigns
  • Working fluency with an email marketing platform and basic CRM hygiene
  • Comfort updating content in a CMS-driven website
  • High attention to detail and a track record of doing what you said you would do, on time

Preferred

  • B2B, economic development, or international business marketing experience
  • Familiarity with the Irish to U.S. business or trade ecosystem
  • Comfort operating independently inside a lean organization
