Job Summary

Drive e‑commerce optimization by designing tests, measuring impact, and guiding personalization and merchandising decisions.

  • Own experimentation roadmap and run A/B/multivariate tests across PDP, PLP, cart, and checkout.
  • Must-have: 3+ years in marketing analytics, e‑commerce, or digital optimization with GA4/Looker/Adobe Analytics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor core e‑commerce KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, add‑to‑cart rate, revenue per session, and PDP/PLP engagement.
  • Analyze behavioral data and funnel performance to identify website optimization opportunities.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across PLP, PDP, cart, and checkout experiences.
  • Build and manage an experimentation roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable performance lifts.
  • Support deployment and optimization of personalization modules to improve product discovery and cross-sell/upsell.
  • Partner with merchandising teams to improve conversion, AOV, and overall site profitability.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure experiment impact and communicate results to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, e‑commerce, or digital optimization.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and running website experimentation programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, user behavior, and conversion optimization best practices.
