Job Summary

Own the health-innovation community by moderating discussions, curating content, and activating institutional members, while using data-driven insights to steer program decisions and retention efforts.

  • Community Stewardship: moderate discussions, manage engagement, and maintain fast response times across member tiers.
  • Program Operations: curate content calendars, spotlight members, surface research and events, and coordinate cross-channel programming.
  • Activation & Insights: onboard new accounts, track health metrics, and translate signals into actions to improve activation, retention, and renewals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Community moderation across membership tiers, maintaining quality discussions and fast response times.
  • Curate content calendar from the library, spotlight members, surface research and events across platform and social channels.
  • Manage social media across key platforms.
  • Foster member connections, including group discussions and 1:1 intros among founders, clinicians, and institutional partners.
  • Onboard new members and institutional accounts to drive activation and long-term retention.
  • Coordinate access, communicate programming, and support renewals for institutional accounts.
  • Track engagement, post activity, retention, and churn signals; surface insights and propose actions.
  • Collaborate with content, events, and marketing to keep programming aligned with platform goals.
  • Provide logistics and communications support for member-exclusive events, expert office hours, and webinars.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in community management, digital membership, or a closely related role, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or an innovation ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience building engaged professional communities on modern community platforms.
  • Writing that sounds like a person wrote it: warm, credible, and specific.
  • Comfort with data: you can pull a report, read what it’s telling you, and recommend a next step.
  • Strong self-management. Multiple workstreams, moving priorities, no dropped balls.
  • Genuine curiosity about healthcare innovation. You don’t need a science background, but you should care about what our members are building.
