Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the analysis and narrative behind our digital performance.
  • Monitor the KPIs that explain how the site performs day to day, from the conversion funnel to categories performance, including navigation behavior and basket analysis.
  • Understand what's driving performance, surface the risks and opportunities behind the numbers, and translate them into clear recommendations and concrete ways to improve.
  • Partner closely with Site Merchandising to turn those findings into merchandising action, and keep senior leadership equipped with a decision-ready read on where we stand and why.
  • Own the analysis behind offer, merchandising, and banner tests — structuring the read, documenting results, and communicating clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Connect experimentation and overall performance into a coherent point of view that informs the strategic decisions we make on offers, merchandising, and how we drive conversion.
  • Own a core set of performance and merchandising dashboards: keeping them accurate and reliable, evolving them as needs change, and acting as the go-to source of truth for the questions they answer.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and tech teams to ensure data integrity, tracking accuracy, and proper implementation of analytics tools.
  • Proactively surface opportunities to improve merchandising efficiency, reduce friction, and lift conversion.
  • Explore how AI can sharpen and scale the way we analyze performance: a genuine open space for the right person to shape.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or digital performance
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in engineering and/or business a plus
  • Fluency in SQL (BigQuery) and hands-on experience building in Looker Studio (or other visualization tool) comfortable pulling and modeling data directly, not just consuming dashboards
  • Curiosity about applying AI to analytics workflows, and the initiative to explore it
  • Strong analytical rigor paired with a genuinely result-driven mindset: you connect data to business outcomes, not just reporting - experience with customer segmentation, cohorts and LTV is a plus
  • Proven ability to own your scope end-to-end and manage your own projects and priorities autonomously
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present clearly and credibly to senior leadership
  • A great eye and sensitivity for lingerie products, with a real appeal for retail and merchandising
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across Performance/Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, and Tech/Data teams
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site at our office in Tribeca 3 days per week

Preferred

  • Master’s in engineering and/or business a plus
  • Experience with customer segmentation, cohorts and LTV is a plus
  • Curiosity about applying AI to analytics workflows

Adore Me

4.0 Glassdoor

At Adore Me we take on seemingly impossible challenges. In 2011, we were founded to solve a single problem: help women buy bras online. It might seem like a simple task, but a bra is one of the most complex and personal garments in existence. Managing the design, procurement, logistics, and customer experience involved is an uphill climb, but one that built our company to take on increasingly greater challenges.Adore Me grew into the first major online player in lingerie, as well as the first to introduce inclusive sizing in the category. We launched a wholly-owned logistics center, Adore Me Services, in 2017, the same year we became profitable (something very important to us). We've launched a pioneering try-at-home shopping service, a number of innovation-focused satellite brands, and most importantly, an affordable sustainability model that is transforming our entire business to make sustainable clothing available to consumers of all shapes, sizes, and spending abilities.Adore Me believes fashion can be a force for good, for everyone.
